About The Blog
The Story
We founded Forbes Rodman P.C., to help our clients with their legal health. We sometimes take on fights that others will not take. We fight in arenas that sometimes others will not enter.
This blog tells you a little bit about what we are up to. And what we are thinking about.
If something here strikes your fancy, triggers a thought, or makes you want to ask a question, drop us a note! (But note that such correspondence does not trigger a client-attorney relationship, and we ask that you do not submit confidential information in this fashion. Click the "Disclaimer" button to learn more.)

Take It to Court

Social
Security Disability Appeals
We fight your Social Security Disability case in Federal Court. You can keep your representative below, and we navigate the District Court, Court of Appeals, and sometimes even the U.S. Supreme Court process for you.
Fight to Win

PersonalInjury
Protect your rights with our personalized hands-on approach. Our consultation starts with a free case review. Then we thoroughly investigate, protect your rights to recover the damages you deserve, and go to trial if necessary. We are not afraid to appeal and fight further if denied initially in court.
Plan for the Future

Probate and Guardian Law
You might need something simple like a guardianship or will. Or you might need some more sophisticated instrument or advice. We help you take steps to avoid probate and otherwise get your legal house in order.
